ITRC is a registered NGO has designed under graduate courses for all students , Under graduate diploma courses and certification courses designed by ITRC are offered at various study centers and franchise network of ITRC, Some of the under graduate diploma and certification courses offered are approved by DOEACC . Currently there are around 300 franchise network existing in various states of India and the ever expanding franchise network to the remotest area of the Country. ITRC has successfully established its chain of franchise network in Sri Lanka to offer all various courses designed by the team of educations and research person as a team of ITRC NGO

Steering committee of ITRC is responsible for giving study center. The committee consists of four members from various
depts.. On receipt of application, the steering committee comes into action. After the set establishment criteria are met, inspection is conducted before issuing the authorization letter from the head office.
